Purchases of glass/functional art are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items are shipped in pristine condition and packed with care to ensure your purchase makes it to your door in the same condition it left ours. In the event an order is damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim with the courier. Rest assured, we will assist in any way we can.
Electronic items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Must be returned unused and in original packaging and have all original parts, pieces, and accessories. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be distributed within 24 hours once item is received, less the cost of shipping.
